We now require an exceptional HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our team and work with our clients.

As an HR assistant, your focus will be on helping us to retain and attract the best talent to BrightFrog. We are a small organisation, so you will need to be able to thrive in an environment where you have the space to make your own decisions, act upon your ideas and help build a new function.
Requirements
Key responsibilities:
•Actively coordinate and drive recruitment activity across the company
•Utilise and maintain LinkedIn, Indeed and other social media to identify and grow high quality candidate pools, as well as proactively reaching out to candidates for hard to fill roles
•Working at both a strategic and operational level, you will partner closely with managers to support hiring needs, develop recruitment marketing materials, and provide advice on innovative and up-to-date attraction strategies to find the best talent
•Find novel ways to advertise roles and find candidates
•Interview and screen all new applicants before co-ordinating meetings with managers and clients
•Develop and manage a new associate onboarding process
•Be responsible for all onboarding administration
•Co-ordinate monthly timesheets
