BrightFrog is a leading, dynamic IT and Business Transformation Consultancy that specialises in the Healthcare Technology sector. We are working on behalf of several exciting Healthcare and Pharmaceutical companies going through significant periods of transformational change.

About the Role

This new role presents a unique opportunity to help shape omni-channel planning and reporting. Initially this will be a 12-month contractor position and there may be scope evolve the role remit in the longer term.

Reporting to an Associate Director, the role will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including close links with Business Analytics & Insights peers, Digital Strategy & Services teams, and engaging regularly with sales, marketing, UKI senior leaders and regional/global digital teams.

The successful candidate is anticipated to work closely with external agencies to leverage existing data and resources as well as identifying new data and tools to inform omni-channel strategy, tactical execution and performance tracking. There will also be opportunities to drive forward new ad hoc local projects and represent the UKI perspective on global initiatives.

Previous experience with big data and corporate omni-channel analytics is anticipated, and analytics experience in the pharma/biotech industry is very desirable. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of numeracy, strong technical knowledge (data analysis, data management and visualization tools), examples of process or database improvements, and good interpersonal skills enabling collaboration and the ability to gain cross functional alignment on initiatives. Project management skills and strong excel and data visualization experience (e.g. Tableau) are also essential.

As well as excellent attention to detail and the positive tenacity to overcome challenges, the role requires an ability to step back to assess the “big picture” strategy and link it back to drive requirements in achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • Supports omni-channel strategy and tactical execution by collaborating with digital strategy & services, commercial teams and senior leadership, demonstrating an understanding of internal customers’ business needs and external customer channel preferences

  • Assesses omni-channel marketing execution and effectiveness vs. internal goals and industry benchmarks via identification, acquisition, management and analysis of omni-channel analytical data and resources

  • Collaborates with colleagues in Business Analytics & Insights to:

  • Map omni-channel metrics into existing reporting

  • Link omni-channel data appropriately to CRM systems (e.g. Veeva)

  • Evolve data processes to maximize efficiency of execution and robust reporting

  • Leads development and implementation of omni-channel metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support salesforce plans and execution (e.g. account planning, customer channel preference, customer experience)

  • Develops bespoke reporting analyses and tools as needed

  • Addresses ad hoc cross functional team queries, interacting with a full range of internal stakeholders

  • Represents the UKI in regional / global omni-channel initiatives

  • Enlists support of internal IT and external vendors to enhance data availability, quality or processes

  • Manages SOPs and documentation of newly established processes related to omni-channel
