Joanne of Health and Hart is a BANT Registered Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher. She works with individuals and businesses, who consult with her for help with topics such as stress, weight, digestive health, hormones and sports nutrition.
Joanne is based in Berkshire and had former careers in IT at Mars, and Engineering at Land Rover/BMW.
